THE MIDNIGHT HEAVEN INVITATION

Terms of Access & Indemnification

Effective as of January 2024

By submitting credentials for vetting or securing an access token to any experience curated by The Midnight Heaven, you enter into a binding agreement governed by the laws of India.

1. Right of Admission & Vetting Authority

The Midnight Heaven is a private, invite-only community. We reserve the absolute and non-negotiable right of admission. Access tokens are strictly non-transferable. The organizers reserve the right to revoke access at any time, prior to or during an event, without providing a reason or a refund, should an attendee’s presence disrupt the ecosystem's balance.

2. The Code of Discretion & Conduct

Our environments are engineered for safe, sophisticated interpersonal exploration.

  • Consent is Absolute: Any breach of enthusiastic, mutual consent, or any form of harassment, will result in immediate extraction from the premises and a permanent lifetime ban.
  • Zero Tolerance for Contraband: The possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate handover to local law enforcement.
  • Digital Blackout: Photography, recording, or the unauthorized disclosure of the venue’s location or the identity of any cohort member is strictly forbidden.

3. Structural Anonymity & Security

While attendees are encouraged to shed their public identities via our masking protocols, this anonymity exists solely between guests. The Midnight Heaven securely retains the verified legal identity of every attendee. In the event of a legal dispute, civil grievance, or criminal inquiry, the organizers will fully cooperate with Indian law enforcement and relevant authorities.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

You voluntarily attend these events at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, The Midnight Heaven, its founders, affiliates, and venue partners shall not be held vicariously or directly liable for any personal injury, property loss, emotional distress, or damages arising from your participation, consumption of alcohol, or interactions with other attendees.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this agreement or your attendance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
